Step 1: Press the Windows + R key simultaneously to launch the run box. Once launched successfully, enter 'Regedit' and hit the enter button.
Step 2: Then, open the following folders one-by-one:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT > CLSID > {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E} > ShellFolder.
Step 3: Now, change the attributes data value from 40 01 00 20 to 50 01 00 20.
Step 4: Once all the above steps are done successfully, change the CallForAttributes dword value to 0x00000000. Changing the above two values will enable the rename option for recycle bin.
Step 5: Finally, right-click on the recycle bin icon present on the desktop and click on rename. Enter the new name and press the enter button.
