This is an common error found in any institute , a Shared drive which is not accessing in your computer.
This is due to your network is not turned on in discovery mode.
To enable discovery mode you have to just follow this Steps.
Step 1:
Open Control Panel , and search Network and Sharing Center
Step 2:
Click on change advance sharing setting
click on Turn on network discovery and enable all given settings.
Save Changes
Now Access your shared drive,
In Case if it doesn’t work check your Network Connectivity and LAN Cables.
Check if it is connected to proper network.
